Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is pleased with Marcus Rashford’s current form in the final third.
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag is convinced Marcus Rashford will continue his goalscoring form, although he urges the forward to maintain his focus and work rate.
Rashford continued his top form on Friday night when he provided the assist to Antony’s opener early in the game and forced out an own goal when Coady turned his cross into his own net and scored a late penalty.
The England international has now scored a total of five goals in five matches after club action returned in December and is arguably the most in form player in the country.
Ten Hag is convinced that Rashford can continue in his top form as long as he remains focused and concentrated.
Speaking after the game, the Dutchman said: “He is in good form and on a good run, keep it going. If he keeps focus, concentration and the good work.
“If he keeps investing in training and games, I am convinced he can keep it going.”
