Medical expert Ben Dinnery reported that West Ham defender Kurt Zouma could be out of for four months due to his knee injury.
Earlier this week West Ham have made a statement confirming that the player underwent knee surgery.
The Frenchman picked up an injury during his side’s final Premier League victory against Leicester following the World Cup break.
Therefore, the medical expert Ben Dinnery has shared his thoughts on the Frenchman’s recovery process. According to him, the 28-year-old is expected to spend around four months on the sidelines.
Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, Dinnery gave updates on Zouma’s current situation:
“Depending on the extent of that surgery – whether it’s just a bit of a flush out and a bit of a trim or it’s something a little bit more involved in terms of the meniscus – you could be talking a period of four to six weeks or possibly three to four months.”
