G2 eSports had a mixed experience at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022. The team was able to earn a slot to the next stage but didn’t look their best the entire tournament. The newcomers to the roster played poorly. Jks kept going around a 1.00 rating and didn’t look any better than JACKZ. This substitution looked weird from the beginning. HooXi spent the whole tournament racking up 5-10 fractions per map and dragging the team down. He only managed to improve in the last game, but his KD was 17 frames short anyway.

Nevertheless, if the newcomers to the squad will improve, the team will be able to compete on equal terms with the best teams in the world. As for the upcoming match, the Brazilians are banning Mirage or Vertigo. The card that remains G2 eSports will most likely take their choice. There is a slight chance that the team will choose Dust2, but the first options look more reliable.

Of course, G2 eSports has a noticeably higher level of players, so it should win on Dust2, but the team will probably want to play more reliably after the not very confident BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022. MiBR cannot compete with the strongest teams in the world right now. The team is having problems even with the tier 3 teams. Defeats to Tyloo, Rare Atom, Strife just do not give faith in the Brazilians. Yes, MiBR was able to go to RMR, but the competition in their home region is so weak that the guys were able to take second place, letting only paiN ahead of them. Nevertheless, on the international stage, the team is not believable at all. As for the upcoming match, the Brazilians are uncomfortable playing against G2 eSports. Recently, they took their choice of Dust2 or Overpass. On the first map, MiBR can not be called a favorite, the Europeans look stronger and feel very confident there. Overpass, the opponent does not play at all. You can’t play it. The other options are less believable. There is a small chance to peak Ancient, but G2 eSports has a 100% win rate on this map, so it is hard to count on winning. Even a win on one card looks like a miracle for the Brazilians.
