It’s virtually impossible for MiBR to clinch a playoff spot in Group B. The team is one of the main outsiders of the tournament and will fight with FTW for fifth place. In the first match of ESL Pro League Season 16, the team lost to G2 Esports. There was no chance to win, the levels of players are too different. Now it will be a little easier, but the Brazilians are still in the role of the outsider. If you look at the maps, MiBR has several options.

BIG:

BIG has greatly weakened the lineup by reshuffling the lineup. The team is moving further and further away from the Tier-1 scene. It is more and more difficult to compete with the world’s top teams. The team won only one out of the last seven matches. The only victory over Evil Geniuses is not impressive, as the American team is in terrible form and loses to everyone in a row. In the first match of ESL Pro League Season 16, the German team lost to MiBR, which was quite expected. Even at their peak (Dust2) they didn’t manage to fight back. Terrible game held syrsoN, who made only six kills on the first map. Sniper was very lacking. 

As for the upcoming match, BIG will not be able to take on Mirage, as it did in the last face-to-face match of the bo3 format. Despite the win rate of 22% on Nuke, this map looks like a good option for the Germans. In the last matches, the team played well on it but lost to Heroic, Astralis, FaZe Clan, ENCE, and Fnatic. In almost all matches BIG lacked just a little bit. And the last two matches on this map ended with a convincing win for the German team. Of course, now BIG is not in the best form and is unlikely to beat their opponent, but nevertheless, the guys should win.
