Aduana Stars winger Zakaria Mumuni has lamented his side's profligacy in their slim 1-0 win over Algerian side ES Setif in their CAF Champions League final qualifying round first leg.

Mumuni put up a man-of-the-match and won a penalty in the 72nd minute which was converted by Sam Adams.

''I think we couldn't take our chances. We were in a rush to score more goals. That's football- If you rush and rush you wouldn't be able to score. I think we have work on our chances and improve our scoring,'' Mumuni said in a post-match interview.

Aduana travel to Setif next week but it is feared the first advantage is not good enough to earn them promotion.

The Ghanaian champions are seeking to play in the Group stage of the competition for the first time in their history.
