Zambia FA spokesperson Mwazi Chanda confident Nkana FC will make the country proud by beating Kotoko

Communications Director of the Zambian Football Federation (FAZ) Mwazi Chanda believes Nkana FC will beat Asante Koytoko in the CAF Confederations Cup on Sunday. 

Nkana FC host the Porcupine Warriors in Kitwe for the third round of games in Group C of the competition thiis weekend.

After victory over Al Hilal in their second game, Mwazi Chanda believes the Red Devils will add Kotoko to their list of victims.

"We are very confident that Nkana fc will beat Kotoko on Sunday," Mwazi told Ash FM Sports.

"Nkana fc play very well at home so we are looking forward to maximizing our points in our home games"

"Nkana fc is ahead of Zesco United and with the kind of supporters they have at home, they can beat Kotoko on Sunday."

Meanwhile, the newly appointed communication director of the Zambian Football Federation insists both Zambian sides in the group are going to make the country proud in the competition.

"It's rather unfortunate that two clubs from Zambia are in the same group of the CAF Confederation Cup but I know they will make the Country proud"

"It is a crucial game but we are hoping to get the 3 maximum points at home on Sunday against Kotoko because Nkana fc have a very good record in their home games"

"The game is very important because Nkana fc will redeem the lost glories of Zesco United so we are going into the game with all the seriousness it deserves."

"Nkana fc is ahead of Zesco United in terms of squad and technical abilities...they are better than Zesco United, so the game will be very tough for Kotoko."
