Zenit St. Petersburg player Axel Witsel is keen to move away from the Russian club this summer and many clubs are interested in him.
Chelsea and Spurs have joined the chase to sign the Belgian talented midfielder, according to The Daily Star.
Chelsea held talks with the Belgium international over a£23m transfer last summer, but the Blues failed the signing.
His value at the moment is around £25m.
