The report claims Jurgen Klopp’s side will make an attempt to sign the Ukraine international in the January transfer window.
Mudryk has already been linked with the move to the Premier League club Arsenal, though the deal didn’t materialize.
The 21-year-old still remains on the Gunners’ radar. Sevilla are also among the clubs interested in the forward’s services.
