New Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel reportedly wants to sign Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy, who has also been offered to Tottenham Hotspur.
Bayern Munich’s newly appointed head coach, Thomas Tuchel, has wasted no time in identifying potential transfer targets for the upcoming summer window. According to a report by respected outlet CalciomercatoWeb, Tuchel is keen on acquiring the services of Chelsea shot-stopper Edouard Mendy.
Tuchel, who was dismissed by Chelsea earlier this season, is said to have a strong working relationship with Mendy, having managed the Senegalese goalkeeper during his tenure at Stamford Bridge.
Mendy, who joined the Blues in 2020 helped the Blues to a Champions League trophy under Thomas Tuchel, but is now out of favor under the new Manager.
