West Ham reject Manchester City’s bid for Declan Rice. Race continues between City and Arsenal

West Ham have rejected Manchester City’s first official bid for Declan Rice worth £80m plus £10m add ons, reports Fabrizio Romano.
Arsenal and City are currently battling it out to sign the star from the Hammers.
Rice has been one of the key players for West Ham as they won the Europa Conference League in 2022/23 season.
As per Romano, the Gunners will make their third official proposal. Their last one worth £75m plus £15m was rejected.
