Pep Guardiola has named Napoli as one of the best teams in European this season, comparing them to Arsenal.
The Citizens celebrated a 7 – 0 victory over RB Leipzig to advance to the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
After the match, Guardiola opened up on Napoli – one of City’s potential opponents in the next stage.
“Napoli are maybe the best team in Europe this year, in terms of playing style… close to Arsenal,” the City boss told Sky Sports.
Both Napoli and Arsenal are flying this season, fighting for the domestic titles in their respective league this season.
Luciano Spalletti’s side are leading the Serie A table with 60 points, while the Gunners are the leaders in the Premier League, five points clear of the City.
