Fidel O’Rourke, a 20-year-old forward, has joined National League side Halifax Town, while 18-year-old defender Luke Chambers will spend the rest of the 2022-23 season with Scottish Premiership club Kilmarnock.

Chambers will be a crucial player for Kilmarnock as they look to avoid relegation, with four teams separated by just one point at the bottom of the Scottish Premiership table. Meanwhile, O’Rourke will be spending half a season with Halifax, who currently sit safely in the middle of the National League table with little threat of relegation or chance of reaching the promotion playoff places.
