Aduana Stars defender Caleb Amakwah was named the best player during his side’s goalless draw with Bechem United on Matchday 3 of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
The towering guardsman was at his best for the Fire Boys as he made as many as three crucial last-ditch blocks in the match.
Amankwah also posed a threat for Bechem United at the other end of the field in the second half when Aduana went in search of the winning goal.
His overall display in the match saw him adjudged the Man-of-the-Match.
Amankwah has been a key cog for the club since joining from WAFA SC three seasons ago.
Aduana Stars are still without a win in their opening two games, recording two draws.
