WAFA were held at home by Asante Kotoko at the WAFA Park in Sogakope in this matchday nine fixture of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
Daniel Agbloe put the home side in front on the half-hour mark as he slotted the ball past Razak Abalora from inside the box.
Before the break, Kotoko right back Christopher Nettey made a surging run and shot at goal but Boliver Owusu grabbed it on the turf.
The best chance fell to Fabio Gama who dribbled his way into the box but his connection was turned away by Boliver Owusu Sarfo.
Just after the hour mark, Emmanuel Sarkodie threaded a ball through for Kwame Poku to strike past goalkeeper Owusu for the equalizer.
