2020/21 Ghana Premier League: Watch Highlights of Elmina Sharks 1-0 win over  Asante Kotoko

Mustapha Alhaji strike in the second half ensured Elmina Sharks returned to winning ways against Asante Kotoko at the Nduom Sports Stadium on Friday night.

The Fearsome Sharks had gone six games without a win in the ongoing season and also crippled with a lot of off the field football issues following the resignation of its technical team led by Yaw Acheampong.

Ex-Ghana International Nii Odartey Lamptey who was drafted into the team as interim coach managed to help Sharks record a win just seven days in charge against the Ghana Premier League giants.

The home side held Asante Kotoko in the first half and finished the second half with a 1-0 lead kind courtesy Mustapha Alhaji's goal in the 55th minute.

Elmina Sharks have moved to the 13th position on the league table with 20 points after this win.

Asante Kotoko failed to close in the gap with league leaders Karela but still have two outstanding games to be played.
