2022 World Cup Qualifiers: Zimbabwe star Khama Billiat not available to face Ghana in Cape Coast

Published on: 30 September 2021

Zimbabwe will be missing the services of star player Khama Billiat when the Warriors take on Ghana in the first game of the doubleheader next month during the World Cup qualifiers.

The Black Stars will face Zimbabwe at the Cape Coast stadium on 9 October 2021 before the reverse fixture three days later in Harare.

The Kaizer Chiefs FC star is suspended for the Cape Coast after receiving yellow cards against South Africa and Ethiopia earlier this month.

Billiat will be available for selection for the second game at the National Sports Stadium in Harare.

The 31-year-old playmaker is a key member of the Zimbabwe squad having netted 17 goals in 43 appearances.
