Great Olympics coach Annor Walker says the team could have earned  Ghc 100,000 as a winning bonus if striker Abdul Manaf Mudasiru had scored in the closing minutes of the game against Hearts of Oak on Sunday on matchday 28 fixture of the Ghana Premier League.

The ‘Oly dade boys’ were promised a huge winning bonus from some top fans of the club if they had won the game against their regional rivals in the Accra derby.

Hearts of Oak scored first in the game through Emmanuel Nettey before Maxwell Abbey got the equalizer for Great Olympics.

Abdul Mudasiru had a chance to win the game for Great Olympics in the closing minutes of the game.

The bulky striker failed to direct the ball at goal after going past the goalkeeper and failed to direct his shot at goal.

Annor Walker said he is was unhappy about that missed chance as Abdul Manaf caused the team this huge winning bonus.

“ I asked him in the dressing room why he didn’t score that goal because he made me lose money which I could have used to repair my car”.
