Licia Ronzulli insists negotiations between AC Milan and Bee Taechaubol are on track.
Bee has agreed to buy a 48 per cent stake in the club for a mooted €480 million.
However, there have been concerns over Bee raising the funds needed to reach his end of the agreement.
But Ronzulli, who is involved in the negotiations, says talks are on track.
"I can only say that the deal between Milan and Bee Taechaubol is in place," the intermediary told AlaNEWS.
