Ghana winger Albert Adomah scored his second pre-season goal for Bristol City in the 2-0 win over Dunfermline on Wednesday.

It was the third and final game of  Bristol City's pre-season tour to Scotland.

Superior in every department, a City side containing youngsters Joe Edwards, Bobby Reid and Joe Bryan dominated for long periods and came out on top thanks to first-half strikes from Brett Pitman and Albert Adomah.

The Championship side required just 11 minutes to exploit the defensive frailties of their Scottish First Division opponents, conjuring an incisive move to deliver the fifth goal of their tour.

Skipper Liam Fontaine lofted a high ball towards the penalty spot, Jon Stead found fellow striker Brett Pitman with a cushioned pass and the Channel Islander produced an emphatic finish from 15 yards out.

The provider on that occasion, Stead almost turned scorer himself when accepting a pass from Albert Adomah and sending an angled shot inches beyond the far post with Pars keeper Paul Gallacher stranded.

Stead was at the heart of city's best moments and his incisive pass invited Pitman to execute an outrageous back-heel to present the surging Adomah with the simple task of beating Gallacher from close range.

Adomah was replaced after 74 minutes.
