Black Stars players will be arriving in the country ahead of the 2017 Afcon qualifier with the Mambas of Mozambique.

Head coach of the Black Stars announced a 23-man squad ahead of the clash on Wednesday and reports indicate that almost all the players are expected in Ghana on Sunday.

Conspicuously missing in the Black Stars squad is Swanzea City star Andre Ayew due to a late injury sustained a few weeks ago.

But Adam Larsen Kwarasey makes a comeback into the team after falling out with goalkeepers’ trainer Nasamu Yakubu and former head coach Kwasi Appiah.

The Black Stars players will be together for four days before the clash with Mozambique at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Ghana is on top of the group after recording wins against Mauritius and Rwanda last year.
