AIK Stockholm coach will be disappointed about Anabila's move

Swedish giants AIK Stockholm are on the verge of losing highly talented Ghanaian midfielder Latif Anabila following the bumper offer from Tunisian giants Club Africain, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The 18-year-old, who plays for Ghanaian top-flight side New Edubiase, agreed a deal with AIK Stockholm last month after spending two weeks in Sweden.

The Ghana youth international excelled during the trial which resulted in the decision to hand him the deal in January.

But on his return to Ghana the Tunisian giants approached his club New Edubiase which an offer which is ten times bigger than the deal offered by AIK Stockholm.

Anabila arrived in Tunisia on Sunday and reports say he is on the verge of sealing the deal, ruling out AIK Stockholm from signing the youngster.

AIK Stockholm coach Andreas Alm has hailed the Ghana youth star after the talented midfielder excelled while training with the Swedish club.

Anabila, who was voted as Ghana league's most talented last season, played in some friendlies for the Swedish club including the friendly win over Assyriska.

The Ghana youth international played the entire duration of the game against Assyriska leaving the coach impressed.

Scouts for AIK were reported to have been impressed with his performances for the Ghana U23 side at the 2015 All Africa Games in Brazzaville, Congo.

Anabila scored two goals in 23 appearances and his superb volley against Hearts of Oak in Obuasi was rated the best goal of the season.
