Al Alhy will arrive in Ghana on Thursday morning ahead of their Caf Champions League reverse tie against Berekum Chelsea on Sunday.

The Ghanaians were hammered 4-1 by the Cairo-based side ten days ago in their last encounter and are desperate to avenge that defeat and keep their hopes of qualifying to the semi-finals alive.

The Red Devils stepped up preparations for the game with a 5-4 win over Dakhlya in a friendly last Sunday.

Chelsea’s top scorer Emmanuel Clottey and goalkeeper Ernest Sowah are expected to join their colleagues on Friday after they were called-up into the Black Stars for Wednesday’s international friendly against China.

The six-time African Champions are on top of group B with three straight victories and hope to maintain their 100 per cent record in the competition.

The game has been moved to the Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi.
