Andy Carroll insists he wants to stay at Liverpool.
Liverpool will look to sign a new striker in the summer but their present No 9 is in no mood to give up his place.
"I want to play for Liverpool," said Carroll, who has never started more than three games in a row. "I didn’t come here to sit on the bench; I came here to play games.
"I will work my hardest. I have signed a long contract and I love it and I want to stay. I’m confident that if I’m playing games I will score goals."
