Arsene Wenger has decided to raise up his first offer to land defender Skhodran Mustafi to the Emirates Stadium, according to SkySports.
The Valencia centre-back will reportedly cost around £35m despite the La Liga side have recently claimed they won't accept less than £43m, which is the buy-out clause of the 24-year-old.
