Asante Kotoko lead pack of delayed player registration
Rahim Ayew's move to Kotoko in danger

Ten Premier League clubs including champions Asante Kotoko may have the registration of all their players for the secondary transfer window nullified by the Ghana FA.

The affected clubs failed to submit documents within the deadline date of the registration period.

The clubs had four weeks prior to the end of the first half of the season to submit all vital documents to the Premier League Board to commence the registration process.

Clubs were however found scrambling and rushing with pile of documents to the offices of the PLB on the final day of registration.

Some clubs even submitted documents a day or two after Viagra the submission date had expired.

Other clubs also failed to pay the mandatory GHC 20 (almost $10) filing fee on time.

This means players like Rahim Ayew, Isaac Boakye and Larbie Coomson who were signed by champions Asante Kotoko are in danger of not playing for the side in the second half of the season due to the negligence of club officials.

Only Hearts of Oak, AshantiGold, Inter Allies, Medeama , Heart of Lions and Liberty Professionals were able to meet the deadline.

The Premier League Board have referred the issue to the Executive Committee of the Ghana FA for advice on whether to reject the late submission of registration documents from these clubs or accept them.
