Asante Kotoko may have ended the season trophyless but they continue to attract the corporate world and are reportedly set to announce a new sponsor.
Ghana Cement, popularly known as Ghacem have contacted the club over a lucrative sponsorship deal, with Kotoko said to be interested in making it official.
This comes after Kotoko Chief Executive Officer Nana Yaw Amponsah promised to bring more sponsors on board to improve the club's finances.
Kotoko under the leadership of Amponsah has secured numerous sponsorship deals. They presently have 11 sponsors with the popular one being Hisense who replaced MTN as shirt sponsors.
They have deals with GOIL, Ceek, Ticketlake, StarLife Assurance and Star Assurance, Adonko Next Level Energy Drink, VEO, InStat Sport, Errea, Cedar Point Pharmacy.
Ghacem could be announced as the 12th sponsor in the coming days.
The Porcupine Warriors failed to win a trophy and must work hard to appease fans next season.
