Whilst this has been known for a while, Bayern Munich has offered an official farewell to David Alaba, Javi Martinez and Jerome Boateng, with the trio all departing the club at the end of the season.
'Legends forever' was the message used on the club's official media channels on Tuesday afternoon, to mark the departures of three players who have been centric to the Bavarian club's period of sustained success over the past decade.
Alaba will sign for Real Madrid, with only confirmation missing, whilst Martinez and Boateng are still yet to define their next destinations.
Martinez had a video dedicated to himself after almost 10 years at the club, and there is a suggestion that he will sign for an MLS team in the near future.
