Bazooka FC can secure historic premiership status if they negotiate their promotional zonal league against Bechem United on Thursday afternoon.

Bazooka need the maximum points at the Karl Reindorf Park at Dansoman to guarantee their passage to the top flight league at the expense of the highly fancied Unity FC and Bechem United in zone I.

Unity FC will have their destiny in their own hands when they engage Guan United at the Tema Stadium.

Guan lost their opening game against Bazooka and will need a win to give themselves any chance of making it to the elite division.

Meanwhile it is all to play for in zone III as Tema Youth battle Tete Atenpong at the Essipong Stadium at Sekondi.

Youth managed a 3-2 win over King Solomon and will need another cushion ahead of their final game against D' International.

D'International themselves who also beat Tete Atenpong in their opening game must overcome a bonus row that overshadowed their victory in their game against King Solomon.

Their players threatened to boycott the remaining matches over unpaid allowances.
