Bechem United have reached a mutual agreement to part ways with Moroccan-Belgian coach Erradi Mohammed Adil after just one month at the club, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

The UEFA license A coach signed a one-year contract and was on a three-month probation but their union couldn't go beyond a month.

Operations Manager of the club, Francis Dwomoh Addai, said the coach could not adopt to life in Bechem.

"The coach didn't even guide us in our first league game of the season. The situation is we had no issues with him or the vice versa but the problem is that he (Erradi Mohammed Adil) has never been in Africa and spent two days in Accra the moment he arrived in Ghana from Belgium," he told Kumasi-based Kessben FM

"He further spent days in Kumasi which confused him. When he got to Bechem from Kumasi, he asked club president to move the team to Kumasi because things he saw in Kumasi, food he wanted and the Bechem environment wasn't favouring him.

"It got to a point he insisted he wants Asante Kotoko. Simply put, where he was coming from and his immediate destination was a problem.

He added: "We then contacted the agency that brought him and explained the situation to them, they agreed that we should part company with the Belgian coach.

"We booked his ticket for him afterwards. He even left three days to our first league match. So it isn't too much a problem. The situation in Bechem couldn't allow his stay."
