Three top flight sides failed to submit their license application for the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League before deadline day on December 4, 2019.
Berekum Chelsea, Ebusua Dwarfs and Karela United are yet to submit their license which will pave way for them to participate in the upcoming campaign.
Before deadline day, only 15 clubs had submitted their applications including giants Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.
Reinstated sides King Faisal and Great Olympics had all declared their readiness for the new campaign.
"The Ghana Football Association has received applications from clubs in the Premier and Division One Leagues for a license to participate in the 2019/20 League Season from the under listed clubs after a deadline of 4th December, 2019 (close of work) was set for the submission of license applications," a statement on the GFA website read.
