Kayserispor midfielder Bernard Mensah received a straight red card in his side's 1-1 draw with Gaziantep FK on Monday night in the Turkish Super Lig.
The Ghana international was expelled by referee Halil Umut Meler in the 73rd when Kayserispor had gone down.
In September last year, he was sent off after accumulating yellow cards at the death as his side lost 2-1 defeat at Konyaspor.
Mensah has scored five goals in 25 matches and highly tipped to leave Kayersispor at the end of the season.
