Besiktas are chasing Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
The Sun says Fabregas is being eyed by Besiktas as the Turkish giants plan stunning summer raid.
Besiktas president Fikret Orman is reportedly in London to hold talks with Chelsea star Fabregas – who has enjoyed a resurgent 2016-17 campaign.
Turkish outlet Aksam claims Fabregas is the No1 target.
Club president Orman said: “I will get a name that 'will not' come to Turkey.
“It will be called impossible. This star will be Besiktas' brand face in Europe."
