Black Meteors will have their first training in South Korea ahead of the two international friendlies on Friday.

The Ghana U23 team arrived at the Incheon International Airport on Thursday at around 5 am and moved straight into quarantine after undergoing COVID-19 tests.

The 18 players and 14 staff and officials will have their test results on Thursday night before they travel to Jeju Island where the two games will be played.

The team will then train at the venue where the match will take place.

Black Meteors will first face the South Koreans on Saturday 12 June 2021 at the Jeju World Cup Stadium in the city of Seogwipo.

The second friendly encounter is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 15 June 2021 at the same venue in the city of Seogwipo.

South Korea are using the two friendlies to fine tune their preparations for the 2020 Olympic football tournament in Tokyo, Japan next month.
