Ghana youth striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom came off the back to score for Sassuolo against Reggina who secured a Serie B promotional play-off.

His compatriot Isaac Cofie put Sassuolo 2-1 with a powerful left-footed low grounder for his debut goal.

Boakye-Yiadom finished off a rebound after his header was parried back into play by the goalkeeper.

He blasted home with a powerful right foot from inside the box to make it 3-1 before Sansone's 81st minute goal.

The former Ghana Under-20 has scored 11 goals in all competitions.

Sassuolo will be joined by Hellas Verona, Varese and Sampdoria.
