According to Rheinische Post, Borussia Monchengladbach management are knitting contacts with Anderlecht in order to sign Belgian Under-21 international midfielder Youri Tielemans (19), tracked by several European important clubs. German side are planning to invest about 15 million euros on him, for replacing Granit Xhaka, supposed to join Arsenal soon.
