Bournemouth ready to make loan bid for El Shaarawy

Bournemouth are reportedly prepared to make a loan bid for Monaco forward Stephan El Shaarawy in hopes of landing him before the January transfer window comes to a close.

The 23-year-old, who joined the Ligue 1 outfit on loan from AC Milan before the start of the 2015/16 campaign, hasn’t been having the greatest experience in France and has been steadily linked with a possible move to several clubs throughout Europe, though it seems like the Premier League side are looking to lead the way in the race for his signature.

According to the Daily Mail, Bournemouth would be ready to sign the Italy international on a loan deal until the end of the season with an option to make the move permanent for a fee of €13 million in June.

Reports suggest that AC Milan are considering the deal as they look to increase their funds, but may hold out due to Roma having reportedly expressed interest in the talented forward as well.

El Shaaraway has failed to score any goals in his 15 Ligue 1 appearances this term thus far, but has scored two goals and provided one assist in his six Europa League appearances this season.
