Breakdown of $1.8m financial support for stakeholders in Ghana football

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced a massive $1.8m financial relief package to stakeholders of football in the country with club in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, as exclusively revealed by Ghanasoccernet.com earlier this week.

Football's world governing body FIFA and Africa's ruling body CAF have released monies to federations under their control to help the football industry ride the negative storm of the deadly disease.

The GFA has detailed how the money will be shared among all the stakeholders of the game with part of the monies going to clubs in all tiers of Ghana football, administration, competitions, matchday operations including referees, match commisoners and venue media officers. National teams will also benefit
