'Bring in big Sol Campbell'- Former Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong wants Arteta replaced

Former Ghana international Emmanuel Frimpong wants Arsenal to sack manager Mike Arteta and 'bring in club icon Sol Campbell. 

Frimpong, a former Arsenal player, was left disappointed following the Gunners narrow defeat to Villareal in the first leg of their Europa League semifinal against Villareal.

The defeat is the second in a week by the English giants, after losing to Everton exactly seven days ago in the Premier League.

Whiles watching his side lose to the La Liga outfit, he posted on Twitter,"Bring in big Sol Campbell."

Campbell is revered at the club after chalking several successes with the London based club.

The 42-year-old was recently manager of Macclesfield Town and also spent time with Southend.

Despite the first leg defeat, Arsenal have a chance of reaching the Europa League final for the second time in three years when they beat Villareal by a better aggregate scoreline in London next week
