Mats Hummels, a defender for Borussia Dortmund, is out for vengeance against Ajax in the Champions League on Wednesday, following the Dutch champions' 4 - 0 thumping in Amsterdam a fortnight ago.
The Germans will be without star attacker Erling Braut Haaland, who is out with a hip injury, but Hummels claims the hosts are still determined to battle at Signal Iduna Park.
"We want to play a much better game and show from the start that we want to win," Hummels said in Tuesday's press conference.
Ajax will be guaranteed a place in the last 16 if they win against Dortmund, who are three points behind them in Group C.
