ZESCO United striker Rahim Osumanu is relishing their upcoming CAF Confederation Cup clash against Asante Kotoko.

The Ndola-based outfit have been drawn in Group C of CAF's second-tier inter-club competition alongside rivals Nkana FC, Asante Kotoko and Libyan side Al Hilal.

Several pundits have however tipped ZESCO United to survive the group following their impressive 5-2 aggregate victory over South African giants Kaizer Chiefs.

"Personally I am happy my team will be playing Kotoko, I believe it will offer me the opportunity to showcase my talent to the national team handlers,"

"We want to win the CAF Confederations Cup so winning every game is important and not only against Kotoko."

The 23-year-old Ghanaian striker revealed how his teammates are looking forward to the meeting against the Porcupine Warriors.

"I'm very sure I have a lot to share with my colleagues because they have been asking me about Kotoko, they have heard of the name but want to know how big it is and their supporters."

"For Nkana FC, we know a lot about them because we play in the same league. I have other Ghanaian brothers playing there as well who are doing very well."

"Al Hilal is the club i personally don't know much about ,even at that we can do well against them."

ZESCO will open their campaign with a home game against Nkana FC on Sunday, February 3.
