Ghana and Celta Vigo defender Joseph Aidoo says he is happy to back in training as his team prepares ahead of the La Liga restart.

The 2019/20 La Liga season was suspended due to the coronavirus outbreak in the country.

After a long absence due to the Covid-19, the Ghanaian International is happy to be training again as the league restart gets closer.

“I felt happy to be training again and I feel very strong. I think Celta are neither too big nor too small and they play good football. If you want to learn more, Celta are one of the best teams, "

Aidoo considers Diego Costa as the toughest striker he has faced this season.

“I had an incident with him. He hit the back of my head, so I think he was the hardest to watch."

At the Bernabeu, Aidoo starred in an incident with Zidane, whom he threw to the ground while trying to collect a ball in the band.

"It was an accident. I tried to offer him my help to get him up, but the ball was still in play, so I had to hurry to protect the goal," the Celtic added.

The La Liga is set to restart on June 11.
