Ahead of their clash on Sunday, the head coach of Dreams FC has disclosed that he will not rule out taking up the coaching job of Kumasi Asante Kotoko if he is approached.

The Porcupine Warriors asked their head coach David Duncan to step aside from five matches but the aggrieved coach did not accept to step aside saying it is not part of his contract.

His assistant Micheal Osei is now the head coach of the club in an interim position.

But the former Hearts of Oak trainer has indicated that he will gladly welcome any offer from the Porcupine Warriors if he is approached.

“As a coach I can’t rule out a move to any club including Kotoko,” C.K. Akonnor disclosed to GHANAsoccernet.com.

“I can coach Al Ahly one day and in the same way, I can coach Kotoko. If the opportunity comes, why not?

CK Akonnor adds that he has coached Hearts and coaching Kotoko will be a nice opportunity to offer him more experience in his career as a coach.
