Dreams FC will not appeal the four-match Ghana FA ban handed key midfielder Emmanuel Hayford.

The 23-year-old received a straight red for violent conduct during Sunday’s league match against Inter Allies.

Hayford will miss the club’s next three official matches including this weekend’s top of the table clash against Wa All Stars.

But the club decided to accept the punishment after a meeting on Thursday.

"The decision is obviously not a positive one but we have decided to allow it to stand" Head of Communications Henry Asante Twum told dreamsfc.com

"Hayford has been brilliant since he joined us on transfer deadline day."

"Undoubtedly he has been one of our performers so far and we would have loved to have him in the team for Saturday but that won't happen so we have to move on."
