Drogba accepts Chelsea rotations - reluctantly

Published on: 17 April 2012

Chelsea icon Didier Drogba is no fan of rotation.

Drogba admits he struggled to come to terms with being left out of the big games by former boss Andre Villas-Boas.

But he promises he will not throw his toys out of the pram if Fernando Torres gets the nod from Roberto Di Matteo tomorrow. He said: “Rotation has been new for me but there’s nothing bad about it if the team is winning games and going forward.

“Of course I’d like to play in more games but so would all the other players so I can’t complain.”
