Ghana youth midfielder Michael Anaba says heââ¬â¢s enjoying life in Spain as he bids to break into the Elche senior team.
The 19-year-old joined Elche at the start of the season after spending three years at Ghanaian powerhouse Asante Kotoko.
The former Windy Professional combative enforcer has been a key figure for the youth team of the Spanish side but yet to break into the senior team.
However, Anaba says he has adapted well to life in the European country since his move and has happy to stay to fight his way into the senior team.
ââ¬ÅElche is an amazing place and Iââ¬â¢m happy to be here,â⬠he told GHANAsoccernet.com
ââ¬ÅQuality of life is very high, this place is phenomenal for life. I really cannot complain.
ââ¬ÅIf you look at Elche at the moment, they have other good midfielders and so Iââ¬â¢m working my way up there.
ââ¬ÅI am bidding for my time and I believe next season, I will be in the first team.ââ¬
Anaba impressed for Ghanaââ¬â¢s Under-20 team at the 2013 World Youth Championship in Turkey which earned him the move to the Spanish top-flight side.
