Inter Allies FC have signed Nigerian youngster Eteobong Elisha Akpan for the second round of the Ghana Premier League this season, GHANASoccernet.com can confirm.
Akpan has been likened to Argentina's Lionel Messi due to his alertness, skillful touches and accurate passes.
The Freestan Football Academy product failed to land a deal with Tunisian side Club Africain after unsuccessful trials.
He joins compatriot Kingsley Nnamdi at the "Eleven Is To One" outfit.
The 19-year-old "Nigerian Messi" was part of the Nigerian U23 squad that won the maiden edition of the CAF U23 Championship in Senegal last year.
