EXCLUSIVE: Joseph Paintsil passes medical ahead of loan switch to MKE Ankaragücü

Ghanaian youngster Joseph Paintsil nears MKE Ankaragücü switch as he passed his medical, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.

Paintsil arrived in Ankara on Monday and has already undergone medical checks.

The Ghana U23 player is expected to join Ankaragücü on loan from Belgian side KRC Genk.

Paintsil played just 18 games for Genk in the Belgian top-flight side last season but seems not to be the plans of manager Hannes Wolf.

The 22-year-old joined Genk in July 2018 from Tema Youth FC after impressing on loan at Ferencvàros TC where he scored 10 goals in the Hungarian top-flight.
