Midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah still believes he can play a key role in Juventus’ title run-in despite struggling for game time.

Asamoah has been plagued by injuries and managed only five Serie A appearances this season.

He is counting on his versatility to play some matches for Max Allegri's side.

"I can play in multiple roles, but certainly after the injury I’ll need time to return to top form. I’m happy if my team wins, even if I play less. I just try to do my best when it’s my turn,” Asamoah told Sky.

"There are 11 players on the pitch, the important thing is to know that if you come on, even five minutes can make a difference.

"Take the Napoli game for example, [Simone] Zaza came on, he played really well and he scored the winning goal.

"That’s our strength."

Juventus top the Serie A table with a three point lead and are in the final of the Coppa Italia against AC Milan on 20 May.
