Former Ghana goalie Ali Jarrah has named his top three shot stoppers in the Ghana Premier League.

The ex-Hearts of Oak goalkeeper omitted the Rainbow club's number one Richard Attah, but extended his list to include Tottenham Hotspurs goalie Hugo Lloris as someone he admires the most.

Jarrah famed for his exploits in the early nineties named Asante Kotoko duo Kwame Baah and Felix Annan in his top three, adding Elmina Sharks shot stopper Bawa Martey.

“I’ll pick Paa Kwesi Nduom’s goalkeeper [Lord Martey Bawa], who’s performing very very well. The second is Kwame Baah. Overshadowing Felix Annan shows how wonderful he is," he told Citi Tv's the Tracker Show.

"Then I think the Tottenham goalkeeper, the France guy [Hugo Lloris]”, he added.

Jarrah was brilliant in his hay days, sweeping every individual award before his career was hit following an injury that rendered him bedridden for a long time.

The injury cost him moves to Europe with the likes of Liverpool and FC Koln lining up to sign the youngster.

The retired goalkeeper was a member of the Black Starlets team that won Ghana's first FIFA World Cup in 1991.
