German powerhouse Borussia Dortmund have joined a list of clubs interested in signing highly-rated Ghanaian midfielder Godfred Donsah.

The European side are rumoured to be tracking the 19-year-old, according to Italian tabloid Mediaset.

Donsah, who plays for Italian Seria A side Bologna, has seen his suitors increased considerably following an explosive time in Italy.

Claims that Dortmund want to sign the ex-Ghana Under-20 star, will likely add fuel to the fire that they are making contingency plans for the possible sale of star midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.

Widespread reports have claimed English quartet Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal are all interested while big-spenders Monaco are believed to be monitoring the situation.

Donsah has been impressive for Bologna this season, featuring 14 times and scoring twice.

He has previously played for Hellas Verona and Cagliari.
